How Fabletics Got Over Thirty Thousand Reviews On Trust Pilot

A lot of successful brands are now realizing just how powerful online reviews can be and how they can boost their revenue and sales by tremendous amounts. Just take a look at Fabletics. Fabletics launched in 2013, but experienced a two hundred percent growth rate since then.

Online reviews push your website up in the search results. Two studies done by Moz and The Local SEO Guide showed that positive reviews significantly increase your online rankings. This is true if you want to get results in Google, but it is also true if you want your product to rank high on sites such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target.

There are so many ways to get online reviews these days. There are over twenty five million devices that have the Yelp app installed. Trustpilot has more than thirty million reviews of one hundred and sixty thousand businesses around the world. Twenty thousand new reviewers come to Trust Pilot every day. You can put reviews and testimonials on your own site. You can get them on Facebook and Google, where you can set up profiles.

Fabletics has over thirty thousand reviews on Trustpilot alone. According to Shawn Gold, who is the director of corporate marketing at Fabletics and its parent company, its growth rate of over two hundred percent is due to its emphasis on leveraging the power of the crowd.

Fabletics has over one million current members who are active paying subscribers. This is also due to their leveraging the power of the crowd. One of the benefits of having online reviews that are positive in nature is that people will see that you are popular and well liked. When they see that, they are much more likely to be satisfied with your service and buy from you again.

In addition, online reviews help bring you new customers. After all, when someone sees a positive review of your product, they will be likely to go to the next step and make the purchase. In fact, seventy six percent of people said that an online review helps push them towards that next step. A study shows that including testimonials on your landing page can increase conversions by seventeen percent.

Reviews are now a commonplace feature that all businesses seem to be using. In fact, around three quarters of the top brands said that they are leveraging the power of the crowd by including reviews on their website.

Reviews are trusted by a lot of people. A study showed that eighty four percent of people trusted reviews online as much as they trusted a recommendation from a family or friend. People search for these reviews at least once a month.

Kate Hudson was the star of the Almost Famous film. Now, she has brought Fabletics to the great business it now is. She has been on board from the beginning, coming up with new ways to please customers. With her help, Fabletics was able to get a top rating from the BBB and many positive reviews.

OSI Group’s Journey to Success

The success story of the OSI Group began a century ago. Otto Kolschowsky saw a business opportunity and took advantage of it. He founded a butcher shop and a meat market in the year 1909 and named it Otto and Sons. It was located in Chicago, USA. The current growth that is exhibited in OSI Group started in the year 1955 when Otto and Sons was chosen as the first supplier of Hamburger to McDonald’s. Over time, the company opened a branch that served McDonald’s only. During the 70’s, Sheldon Lavin came on board. It did not take long for him to be a third partner to the then Otto and Son. His contributions to this company cannot be understated. He aided the company to get to global heights.

In the year 1975, Otto and Sons changed its name to IOS Group. When one of the Otto brothers sold his shares, Sheldon became a half partner. Upon the retirement of the other Otto brother, Sheldon earned 100 percent of the voting rights. In the 1980s, OSI group started to expand. It opened branches in Germany, Austria, Spain as well as Brazil. At this moment also, the management saw it fit to open two more plants in the USA. The expansion did not stop there. In the 1990s, OSI Group opened branches in Poland, Mexico, Philippines, and China. The poultry operations to several continents began when we ushered the new millennium. A lot of acquisitions came with the Millennium among them in Australia where a beef company was bought.

The success of OSI Group includes some procurements. In the year 2014, the OSI Group began working with Pickstock in the United Kingdom. With this venture, OSI was able to expand its beef distribution in the larger Europe. Last year, OSI Group acquired Tyson a production firm located in Illinois Chicago for $7.4 million. The acquisition was as a result of its proximity to the main offices of OSI. It also came with an enough storage space. Baho Food is yet another company that was acquired in 2016. Clay Siegall concentrates on helping patients who need it the most

Between the beginning of the 20th century and the 1960s, the largest gains ever seen in the ability to treat cancer took place. Many types of cancer that had previously been a death sentence became curable. Diseases such as small cell lung cancer, breast cancer and prostate cancer became diseases that people can live with over the long term or even be rid of completely.

But for many types of cancers, this dramatic progress began to slow throughout the latter half of the 20th century. By the decade of the 2000’s, many cancers had stopped seeing significant improvement in their five-year mortality rate. Diseases such as pancreatic cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma had seen virtually no increase in survivability over the preceding 40 years by the middle of 2000’s.

For this reason, Clay Siegall, founder of biotech giant Seattle Genetics, decided to concentrate his companies research and development efforts on cancers that had not seen significant improvement. He knew that his innovative new line of drugs, called antibody drug conjugates, would be able to extend significant benefits to those patients suffering from diseases that had not seen substantial mortality improvement. Dr. Siegall decided to focus the company’s initial efforts in getting the first FDA-approved antibody drug conjugate for the disease non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which had not seen significant mortality improvements since the 1970s.

After working on developing the first antibody drug conjugate for use with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, the company’s first retail antibody drug conjugate, ADCetris, was approved by the FDA for use in refractory non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in the year 2011. This drug proved to be a game-changing advent on the cancer treatment scene, proving itself highly effective in the treatment of refractory non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and opening the way for additional drugs to be developed for many other types of cancer.

As a result of the huge success that ADCetris enjoyed over the last 6 years, Seattle Genetics has begin the development of many other types of antibody drug conjugates. Dr. Siegall hopes that the company will have as many as 20 FDA-approved antibody drug conjugates by the end of 2025, an accomplishment that would be a remarkable culmination of the long journey of one company to bring these exciting new drugs to the market.

In the meantime, ADCetris is saving thousands of lives every year and may soon be approved for frontline treatment for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Dr. Siegall believes that the drug will also be approved for other off-label treatments soon, potentially leading to the first antibody drug conjugate capable of saving tens of thousands of lives each year.

Andrew Rolfe’s Ubuntu Fund Gala Dinner Goes Off Without a Hitch

Andrew Rolfe and Jacob Lief, two of the faces of the Ubuntu Fund, just hosted the Ubuntu Fund’s 10th Annual Gala Dinner. Their goal was to bring in another year of celebration for the important work their charity is doing in South Africa’s Eastern Cape province. The Ubuntu Fund has been focused on bringing health services and financial aid to at risk children living in South Africa and this charity dinner was to exclusively focus on their Port Elizabeth campus. Rolfe and Lief’s goal was to raise nearly $1 million through donations by way of the 300 guests in attendance.

The Ubuntu Gala Dinner was focused on bringing back a slice of South Africa to the guests in attendance. This took the form of authentic South African food, a Xhosa Choir, and a few guests who had directly seen their lives benefited from the work that the fund has done. Of course, there was also a fast paced auction featuring a variety of great prizes that are all related to South Africa. The Port Elizabeth campus alone helps more than 2,000 children who are t risk so this was an important night and everybody involved took it very seriously.

The auction was probably one of the most exciting moments of the entire dinner. Charlie Ross, a British auctioneer, hosted this portion of the event. There was a wide array of prizes to bid on including a trip through South Africa, paintings by Nelson Mako and Dom Pattinson and more. The auctions alone raised nearly $40,000 in funds for the charity.

Easily the highlight of the night was the introduction of Sinesipho Rabidyani, a young woman who was introduced to the Ubuntu Fund as a kid and immediately saw her life reformed. Rabidyani told a heartbreaking story of her life with a drunk father who abused her and her mother. Rabidyani went on to detail how the Ubuntu Fund came to her aid, giving her the support structure she needed in order to pursue a better life. Rabidyani ended up getting a scholarship through the Ubuntu Fund and is now attending law school. At the end of the night the Ubuntu Fund raised nearly $750,000.

The Bank of the Left – George Soros

The Bible alludes to the fact that God gave poor people to the rich and the rich people to the poor as a gift. It was God’s design that the poor would be helped by the rich and that by giving to the poor, the rich would never become greedy. The life of George Soros perfectly illustrates the wonderful things that can happen in this world when somebody blessed by riches finds the generosity to give wealth to those who do not have.George Soros has, according to, over $25 billion accumulated for his net worth. Most people may think Soros just keeps that money and hoards it away for his own personal use, but that is not the truth. Soros is a philanthropists who finds delight in giving his money away to worthy causes. One passion of Soros is aiding countries who have been destroyed by the economy of Communism. His plan is to aid them in transitioning from a broken people to a people who enjoy the wealth and prosperity that only capitalism can give.

According to, in order to make that happen, George Soros founded the great non-profit known as the “Open Society Foundation”. Through this foundation, and remember this is not all of his giving, Soros has donated over $13 billion to countries who desperately need economic growth. Because of his help, again according to, many of these countries have been able to reduce unemployment and create prosperity for more of its citizens.Soros not only seeks to better the employment of these countries but also their quality of living. Soros has donated to healthcare and economy and training and education and LGBTQ rights and woman’s rights and anything he deems makes a people a better people, and thus, a society a better society.

Soros has continued his own giving here in his home country of the United States. Soros is an entrenched liberal who is not afraid to speak his mind. His has been a hot and open critic of Donald Trump, whom he sees as evil embodied, according to Politico.Soros did everything in his power, and that allowed by law, to prevent Trump from making it to the White House. Soros backed Donald Trump’s opponent, Hillary Clinton, one hundred percent. To show his support, he gave the Democratic Party over $25 million to make her president. He even was going to go so far as to attend his first ever Democratic Convention to congratulate her on her nomination.Although her bid for president failed, Soros did not let that stop his liberal agenda. He continued backing leftist organizations such as Planned Parenthood Votes and Black Lives Matter.
